Why aren't some of the facilities in the HPER building handicap accessible?

Handicap accessibility is a campus-wide issue; however, we have made some progress in rectifying some of these problems. For instance, a ladder and accessible lift was purchased for the swimming pool and some of the faucets and lavatories in the bathrooms have been converted to the acceptable standards. We have also made strides in providing fitness equipment that is accessible. Meanwhile, we continue addressing these issues to appropriate university committees and hope to keep on pursuing desired results.
