EVENT HOSTING

All games, tournaments and other related activities being hosted by a club must be approved by the Associate Director of Intramural/Recreational Sports before any planning may take place. The IMRS office must handle all entry fee collection and registration for tournaments. Officials should be secured soon after an event has been planned. All officials being paid directly from the IMRS office are required to submit a W9 form.
