FUNDRAISING

Sport clubs may sponsor fund raising projects to help fund their pursuits; clubs may also collect member dues.  All fundraising endeavors must be approved by the Associate Director of Intramural/Recreational Sports.  Each clubs dues structure must be authorized by the clubs constitution and the IMRS office prior to their initiation.

  1. All funds raised must be submitted to the IMRS office.

  2. Funds raised by donations must be submitted to the IMRS office.  These funds will be deposited into the Gifts and Donations Account and later appropriated to the specific clubs account.

  3. Any soft of fundraising (t-shirts, car washes, etc.) must have a Reconciliation Form filled out and submitted to the IMRS office along with any monies collected within 1 business day after the completion of the fundraising event.

  4. Any funds found in an outside account must be submitted to the IMRS office.  Those persons responsible for the said account will be subject to suspension from participation in any sport club activities.
