FLIERS & PUBLICITY

All fliers and advertisements must be approved by the Associate Director of Intramural/Sports and the Graduate Assistant of Sport Clubs before anything is printed or distributed. All printing must be done by the University of Arkansas Printing Services or another state contracted printer. Clubs may not distribute fliers to any on or off campus location without approval. This includes putting fliers on cars, telephone polls, etc. The IMRS office must approve all fliers and posters associated with each club.

The IMRS office has scheduled mail out dates prior to each semester. Clubs may either provide a flier or the office can make a flier if a one week notice is given. Any club wishing to be included in the mail out should consult the office for mail out dates. This mail-out reaches over 100 residence halls, office areas, and fraternity/sororities around campus.
