BI-WEEKLY MEETINGS

Officers from each club will meet with the Associate Director of Intramural/Recreational Sports and the Sport Club Graduate Assistant for an advisory meeting twice per month.  These meetings are mandatory and the penalty for missing a meeting is 1 strike for the club.  After the first missed meeting, the Associate Director of Intramural/Recreational Sports will send a note reminding the club that they have missed.  After the second absence, the Associate Director will send a note reminding the club that they have until the third meeting to notify the IMRS office if they wish to remain active.  On the third consecutive missed meeting a club will be declared inactive and must undergo the prescribed procedures to become active again.  Clubs remaining inactive for a period longer than one calendar year will forfeit all monies in that clubs account.
