CLUB MEETINGS
It is suggested that all Club Sports have AT LEAST two organized meetings per semester. The typed minutes from these meeting must be submitted to the IMRS office within 1 week of the meeting. Monthly meetings may be more beneficial to each club, as it will allow for dues collection, roster and liability form updates, preparation of upcoming events and delegation of responsibilities.
