Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, Intramural events may be postponed or cancelled. Information concerning the postponement or cancellation of Intramural events is available at HPER 225, or by calling the 24 hour 7 day a week REC CHECK line at (479) 575-4950. On the day of inclement weather, information about cancellations will be made available after 3:00 P.M. On rare occasions decisions will be made during the Intramural event. Please do not contact the IMRS office for information.

In the event of cancellation of Intramural events, please stay of the Intramural fields. Failure to comply with this request may result in suspension from Intramural Sports. The Intramural REC CHECK line also contains information about Intramural Sports Registration, Daily Sport Schedules, Membership, Building Hours, Informal Recreation Activities, Outdoor Recreation Center, and Sport Club Information. The hotline is updated daily so this will be your most viable source for up to date information outside of the website.

IF THE INTRAMURAL FIELDS ARE LOCKED, PLEASE DO NOT JUMP THE FENCE. Those individuals caught jumping the fence will be suspended indefinitely.
