CLUB OFFICERS

Each club must elect a president, vice president and treasurer; a secretary is also recommended.  The names, addresses and phone numbers of the elected officers should be on file with the IMRS office.  The daily operations of all clubs are the responsibility of the officers.  The contribution of each officer is vital to the overall success of each club.  Each club should determine the specific duties of each officer, but it is the President who is ultimately responsible for seeing that their club functions properly.
