Roster Information

Regular Season--- Players may be added to rosters throughout the regular season for team sports. Managers must add players online by NOON the day of their teams’ game in order to be eligible for competition that night. Individuals must be listed on a team’s roster before they participate. All players listed must meet eligibility requirements. If you have trouble adding a participant, please contact the Intramural Sports Staff at (479) 575-2986 or via email at imsports@uark.edu before the noon deadline.

League Playoffs--- In order to participate in playoff competition, a player must be on his/her team’s roster by NOON of their final regular season game. Individuals must be listed on a team’s roster before they participate. Those listed must meet eligibility requirements.

Tournaments--- Players must be added to a team’s roster no later than NOON of their first scheduled game. Player substitutions in individual, dual or team tournaments are not permitted after the first tournament round is played.

Free Agents--- Need a team? The free agent program will help you find a team and meet others with similar recreational interests. Those interested in locating a team should attend the manager’s meeting for the selected sport. If you are unable to attend, create a registration profile using our online registration under the “Free Agent List” for the selected sport. Go to http://imrs.uark.edu for further instructions.
