Class Description
The Hollywood:

The Hollywood workout incorporates YOGA, Pilates, Ballet, and intense toning exercises which produce a “dancer-esc body” with long and lean muscle definition, a beautiful posture, and a sculpted midsection.  Throughout the workout, Brittany(as seen on Fit Television and numerous fitness DVDs) will lead you through plies squats, downward/upward dog, Pilates ring and small Pilates ball work, along with various YOGA poses and ballet conditioning.  No ballet training necessary; this class is for all level of fitness.  Let Brittany tone and tighten your body into Hollywood perfection!
