Freezing 5k and 10k
This year we will be making a donation to One World Running. This is an international program promoting an awareness of health, fitness and nutrition by providing running shoes to those in need in the United States and around the world. This group was founded in 1986, in Boulder, Colorado, and has collected, washed and sent running shoes, t-shirts, shorts, and medical supplies to Third World countries. This organization is a 100-percent volunteer and has expanded globally. In addition to the race entry fee, we are asking all participants to include a gently used athletic clothing/shoe donation.
