David Buono
David has graduated with a Recreation and Fitness Management degree, and is certified by the National Endurance Sports Trainer's Association (NESTA). He has been training for about one year and loves the nuts and bolts of designing and implementing strength training programs. David was driven towards this profession since his interest in all aspects of physical fitness was developed about 5 years ago. He enjoys personal training because the profession allows him to meet different types of people of all ages, and gets to know clients on a more personal level. He also would like to pass on the knowledge he has learned to others, in an effort to better enhance their lives.

Chance Moore
Chance is a sophomore Kinesiology major that is certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). While training for his own goals, Chance decided to pursue a career helping others to achieve better lives through fitness and wellness. Chance uses himself as an example to motivate others by competing in several sports.

Lindsey Barron
Lindsey is a sophomore planning to major in Marketing Management. She played sports in high school and has always been a very active person. "I just began training in October 2006 and I am having a blast doing it. I really enjoy helping others achieve their own personal fitness goals."

Kyle Shadid
Kyle is a senior Finance major from North Little Rock. He is certified through AFAA. He enjoys working one on one with people and helping them find satisfaction within themselves.
Chase Ferguson
Chase is a sophomore Kinesiology major from Carlisle, Arkansas. He is certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). He has been training almost a year now. He believes it is very important for individuals to be physically active in order to increase physical strength, endurance, and energy used in everyday life, “By maintaining a healthy lifestyle you will not only feel great, but also be able to get the most out of life physically, mentally, and emotionally.” He has experience with strength, flexibility, and core training, and with that knowledge he will be able to design a program based on your needs and interests that will keep you motivated.
