Meet the Personal Trainers


Chance

Chance is a sophomore Dietetics major and is certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).  While training for his own goals, Chance decided to pursue a career helping others to achieve better lives through fitness and wellness.  Chance uses himself as an example to motivate others by competing in several sports.

Kolten

Kolten is an international business major. His parents, who are involved in the fitness industry, motivated him to get involved with weight lifting and fitness at an early age. He is certified through AFAA and enjoys training people who are new to fitness, and those interested in weight loss and strength training. “I know that fitness can make you healthier and happier. My goal is to teach and motivate you to achieve your desired results, and then show you how to maintain the 'New You'.

Chase

Chase is a Kinesiology major from Carlisle, Arkansas. He is certified by AFAA.  He believes it is very important for individuals to be physically active in order to increase physical strength, endurance, and energy used in everyday life, “By maintaining a healthy lifestyle, you will not only feel great, but also be able to get the most out of life physically, mentally, and emotionally.”  He has experience with strength, flexibility, and core training, and with that knowledge he will be able to design a program based on your needs and interests that will keep you motivated.

Erin

Erin is from Little Rock, AR. She is a certified ISSA personal trainer. She uses her motivation and experience when working with clients, to encourage them to better themselves and lead a healthier lifestyle. She loves working with the beginner/intermediate populations, as well as with special populations including but not limited to: elderly,obese, or pregnant clients.

Stan

Sko is certified by AFAA.  Stan's expertise involves helping his clients build lean muscle and shed excess fat. His short stint with Army ROTC and Arkansas Rowing gave him enough knowledge and experience to also develop a workout routine for any client wanting a high intensity, high endurance workout. Your thirty minutes or hour spent with this stern, but highly motivating trainer, should be used to accomplish your short term fitness goals which will ultimately lead to long term payoff.

Brooke

Brooke is a senior Dietetics major and is planning to continue on to a dietetics internship.  Her longterm goal is to be a sport dietician at the collegiate level.  Brooke's certifications include AFAA Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, and PiYo.  Brooke has had experience with a variety of people and enjoys interacting with group fitness participants.

Monique

Monique St. Pierre is a senor majoring in Exercise Physiology, and plans to attend physical therapy school and become a physical therapist. She is a certified AFAA group exercise instructor and  is reciecing her certification for personal training through AFAA as well.  Monique teaches Group Cycle, Body Sculpt, Zumba, Circuit Breaker, Booty Ballet, PiYo, and Turbokick group fitness classes.  Fitness has always been a huge part of her life. She loves helping others by  motivating them to achieve their personal goals through fitness.

Lee

Lee is a Landscape Architecture major.  She plays lacrosse for the women's team here at the University of Arkasas and loves to be active.  She is AFAA personal trainer certified.  Lee's goal as a personal trainer is to help her client feel good about their body and abilites. 

Jordan Pridgin

Jordan recently earned his AFAA Personal Training certification.  He loves to work with all kinds of clients and loves to help people achieve their fitness aspirations.
