Procedure

1.  Stand on platform facing the weight stack. 
2.  Grasp handles in each hand. 
3.  Stand tall keeping the upper body stabilized. 
4.  With the step at the appropriate height, step up keeping the upper body upright. 
5.  Return to the start position by stepping down with the same leg and repeat the movement.

Hamstrings, Gluteus Maximus, Gluteus Medius, Quadriceps
