Procedure

1.  Grasp a handle in each hand. 
2.  Sit tall. 
3.  Feet remain flat on floor. 
4.  In the sit tall position, pull the handles toward your sides. 
5.  Return to the start position and repeat movement.

Trapezius, Rhomboid Major, Teres Major, Latissimus Dorsi, Erector Spinae, Posterior Deltoid, Brachioradialis
