Procedure

1.  Stand tall facing away from the weight stack. 
2.  Slip foot into harness with leg bent. 
3.  Hold onto support bar and stand straight with the standing leg slightly bent. 
4.  Extend the cable-attached leg forward. 
5.  Maintaining control, return to the start position and repeat movement.
