Procedure

1.  Grasp a handle in each hand. 
2.  Sit tall with back resting upon the pad. 
3.  Feet remain flat on floor. 
4.  In the sit tall position, pull the cable handles toward the side. 
5.  Return to the start position and repeat movement.

Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major, Biceps Brachii, Brachialis
