Procedure

1.  Adjust seat to allow a bent or straight knee position. 
2.  Position feet comfortably on the platforms. 
3.  Sit tall with back resting upon the pad. 
4.  Extend ankles forward as far as possible. 
5.  Return feet to start position or as far as flexibility allows. 
6.  Repeat movement.
