Procedure

1.  Grasp a handle in each hand. 
2.  Sit tall with back resting upon the pad. 
3.  Feet remain flat on floor. 
4.  In the sit tall position, push the cable handles forward. 
5.  Return to the start position and repeat movement.

Primary Muscles

Pectoralis Major, Anterior Deltoid, Triceps Brachii (long and medial heads)
