Procedure

1.  Grasp a handle in each hand. 
2.  Sit tall with back resting upon the pad. 
3.  Feet remain flat on floor. 
4.  Bend both elbows, raising handles to shoulder height. 
5.  In the sit tall position, press the handles up. 
6.  Return to the start position and repeat movement.

Anterior Deltoid, Posterior Deltoid, Middle Deltoid, Tricep (lateral, medial, and long heads), Pectoralis Major
