CLUB EQUIPMENT
Equipment Usage
1. All equipment purchased becomes the property of the Intramural/Recreational Sports Program, the University of Arkansas and the clubs. The Intramural/Recreational Sports Program, as well as each individual club, is responsible for maintaining equipment inventories.
2. The club advisor and/or president shall be responsible for the procurement and return of equipment that is checked out from the Intramural/Recreational Sports Program.
3. Each sports club shall be responsible for replacing equipment that is not returned to the Intramural/Recreational Sports Program. Lost equipment will be charged back to the club at 100% of the original purchase prices.
4. All checked-out equipment must be turned in on the next working day following the event.
5. Equipment return dates must be adhered to.
6. Each club must submit an inventory of equipment at the end of each semester.
7. Laundry facilities are available for team uniforms.
