  3. Long Distance Telephone Service – club officers may make long distance phone calls from the IMRS office.  A long distance code must be obtained from either the Club Sports Graduate Assistant or the Associate Director of the Department of Intramural/Recreational Sports.  All calls should be documented.
  4. Mailing Service – club officers may mail items through the IMRS office.  Official IMRS letterhead may be used to an extent for mailing purposes.  All items must be typed or neatly hand written.
  5. Email and Web Pages – Each participant within each club may utilize their individual UARK computer account for the creation of a club webpage.  Clubs are required to meet with the Graduate Assistant of Club Sports prior to the creation of a website.
