Class Description
Yoga All levels:
This class is designed for all fitness levels. The class will match and evolve with the difficulty level of the participants while improving your overall posture, balance, flexibility and strength.  It helps to have familiarity with major Yoga poses and some experience with Pranayama, but all levels are welcome to participate.
