CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Core Yoga

Mix of Practical Pilate's and Yoga.  Starting with breath work, stretching, Pilate's, sun salutations, arm balances,
 and inversions. Helps increase strength, flexibility, circulation, calms the mind, and relieves stress.
