Professional Biography:

Born in Champaign, Illinois, Ambre grew up in Wisconsin.  Ambre received a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  As Graduate Assistant for Fitness/Wellness in the department of Intramural and Recreational Sports, Ambre oversees the Personal Training program and the Group Exercise program.  Ambre is currently working on a masters degree in Recreation Management.  She has been an ACE certified personal trainer for two years and has been a group fitness instructor for one year.  Ambre’s favorite parts of her job are working with people and helping participants achieve their personal fitness goals
