- Contest will be best out of 10 free throws made. Single elimination brackets. Champion from each bracket will advance to free throw shoot-off.
- In the result of a tie, a sudden death format will be used. If the first player makes 1, the second player must make a shot to stay alive. If both make their free throws, the process is repeated and the order of shooters will be switched.
- Scheduled times must be followed, if a player is not available at scheduled time, the player will not compete and is subject to forfeit fine.
All students, faculty or staff can participate provided they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Intramural Sports Handbook. All participants must present their valid U of A ID
