Intramural Sports is one of the most popular student activities on the campus of the University of Arkansas.  The program is designed to provide students, faculty and staff an opportunity to participate in athletic and non-athletic recreational activities in a fun and safe environment while promoting physical fitness, social interaction, and campus involvement.

The more than 40 intramural activities are organized on either a team, dual, or individual basis and include flag football, racquetball, sand volleyball, slow pitch softball, Xbox tournaments, bowling, dodgeball, and much more.  Each intramural league and tournament sport is divided into three leagues of play: Men's, Women's, and Co-Rec.  Men's and Women's Leagues are further divided into three divisions: Greek, Residence Hall, and Open.

Intramurals is a great way to meet new people and stay active at the same time.  Whether you enjoy structured leagues or informal activities, this is the place for you.

Need a job?  Love sports?  Intramural Sports employees more than 100 students each year to supervise, officiate, and scorekeep intramural activities.  Intramural employment provides an escape from the pressures of school and allow individuals to interact with their fellow students while learning many useful skills.  No experience is required and we provide all necessary training and equipment.

The Intramural Sport Staff is here to serve you and to do everything possible to make sure that your experience is a positive one.  We're constantly working to improve the program and the information provided to current and future participants.  If you have any suggestions or need additional information, e-mail our staff at imsports@uark.edu.
